We have run team building weekends at Naivasha for companies, churches, schools and SACCOs across the Rift Valley. The format pairs facilitated indoor and outdoor activities with genuine downtime, because the conversations that matter usually happen away from the exercises.
A standard programme covers arrival and ice breakers, facilitated sessions through day one, an evening bonfire, then a Naivasha boat ride and Crescent Island walk on day two before departure.
