Our story
Started because booking a safari was harder than it should be
Summit Horizon Journeys began in Nakuru with a straightforward frustration: arranging a good trip in Kenya took far too many phone calls, and the prices you were quoted rarely matched what you ended up paying.
We thought it could be simpler. Give people a clear itinerary, an itemised price with nothing hidden, and someone who picks up the phone when they call. Do that reliably and the referrals follow — which is exactly what happened.
Today we arrange safaris across the Rift Valley and the southern parks, beach holidays on the coast, corporate retreats at Naivasha, and hotel bookings anywhere in the country. Most of our clients come from someone who travelled with us before.

How we work
Four things we don't compromise on
A person answers, quickly
Enquiries get a real reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner. During your trip you have a number that reaches someone who can actually solve the problem, not a call centre reading from a script.
Safety isn't an afterthought
Well-maintained 4x4 vehicles, experienced driver guides, and emergency evacuation cover on every safari. We'd rather cancel a game drive than push through conditions we're not comfortable with.
We know these places properly
We're in Nakuru, not a foreign call centre. We know which road to the Mara is passable this week, which lodge genuinely refurbished its rooms, and where the rhino have been moving in the park.
